Katelyn Hardy, O.D.

Dr. Katelyn Hardy always wanted to benefit those around her, and when she discovered that she had a love for eyes and vision, becoming an eye doctor was the obvious choice. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Biochemistry, and then completed her Doctor of Optometry with Honors at the Southern College of Optometry. Soon after, she joined the Eyecare Specialties team. Dr. Hardy is just as passionate about building connections with her patients as she is about treating ocular diseases, including dry eye, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and corneal disorders. We’re lucky to employ an optometrist so invested in educating our patients and making sure all their needs are met.

Get to Know Dr. Hardy
Dr. Hardy was born and raised in Sedalia, Missouri, and is ecstatic to be providing eye care to the neighbors and communities she grew up with. While much of her time is devoted to eye care these days, when not working, she enjoys getting out to travel, explore local restaurants, and go on hikes. On quieter days, she loves to spend time with family, friends, and any dogs she can find.
