Get to Know Dr. Jason Lake

Originally a Kansas boy born-and-raised, Dr. Jason Lake has become a lover of everywhere he’s lived during his education and career. Currently, he’s an active member of his community: in addition to participating in the Rotary Club, Optimist International, and Chamber of Commerce, he’s served as multiple-term president of the Warrensburg Park and Recreation board, as well as other advisory boards. He even acts as the team optometrist for the University of Central Missouri Mules and Jennies.

Dr. Jason Lake became a leader in eye care alongside his fellow eye doctor and greatest inspiration: his wife, Dr. Susan Lake. When not knee-deep in optometry or community events, Dr. Jason Lake spends time with his wife and three daughters water skiing and boating on Table Rock Lake, running marathons, and watching college football. He has plans to tackle fly fishing and competitive water skiing in the future.

Dr. Jason Lake takes great pride in helping patients manage even complex cases of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and much more.
